BJP’s Debangshu Panda Wins Falta Assembly Re-Poll by Massive Margin Kolkata, May 24: Following the completion of vote counting for the re-poll held in West Bengal’s Falta Assembly constituency, BJP candidate Debangshu Panda has been declared victorious with a massive margin. According to the Election Commission figures, Debangshu Panda secured 1,49,666 votes in the constituency. He won the election by a margin of more than 1.09 lakh votes over his nearest rival. The re-poll in Falta was conducted under tight security arrangements after allegations of irregularities during the earlier phase of polling. A high voter turnout was recorded during the re-election process.
